Job Title: Designer II – Running Apparel (ETW)

Location: Beaverton, OR (PHK – Not open to relocation)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Approx. 26 Weeks)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Designer II for Running Apparel (ETW) to support the Global Running Design team. This role focuses on women's performance apparel and involves both creative and technical design support across seasonal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the apparel design team with day-to-day design tasks
• Create accurate 2D technical drawings and update line art
• Assist in building design boards with samples, swatches, and trims
• Contribute to design iterations based on feedback and fittings
• Support presentation creation using Keynote, PowerPoint, and other tools
• Assist in research for design inspiration, materials, and construction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including color and product partners

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in performance apparel design
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to create accurate 2D technical drawings
• Good understanding of materials, construction, and manufacturing processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in technical apparel design
• Familiarity with AI tools and Vizcom
• Experience with presentation tools: Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, Miro
• Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills

Portfolio Requirement:

• Must include an apparel-focused portfolio showcasing technical drawings, design process, and creative aesthetic

Additional Notes:

• Prior experience with Footwear and Apparel industry is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
