Job Purpose

Under the supervision of Facilities Services staff, position will provide quality maintenance and repair services for all College facilities in order to promote the educational goals of the College.

  • Ability to work on ladders and scaffolding and perform physical tasks required to carry out assignments
  • Must be able to manipulate effectively the tools and equipment used in painting tasks

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Performs painting of College facilities to comply with College maintenance standards, safety standards and building codes.
  • Performs skilled painting repairs of buildings
  • Patches sheet rock and plaster
  • Properly and safely operates and uses airless paint spray equipment, sanders, manual tools, scaffolding, ladders, and equipment related to the painting trade.
  • Keeps work area clean and safe
  • Performs related work as required.

  • Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
