Job Description
Title: Speech-Language Pathologist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Schedule: Block schedule Sunday - Wednesday; may require 1 weekend day per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Speech-Language Pathologist experience.
- Experience with charting in EPIC.
- BLS certification.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and treatment for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with a healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication and swallowing strategies.
- Utilize various assessment tools for speech and language evaluation.

Compliance / Notes:
- COVID-19 vaccine: Not required.
- RTO policy: Up to 6 total days (or 3 consecutive) auto-approved; additional days may require contract pending approval.
- Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.
- Vehicle required for this assignment.
