Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a top sports retail client headquartered out of Beaverton, Oregon. This job involves supporting the 3 sport leads with daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across various departments to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining and standardizing organizational processes, such as updating documents and inventory lists, managing studio and storage spaces, and handling deliveries. The role requires maintaining a high standard of aesthetics and functionality in the studio, coordinating catering and craft services, and ensuring all teams have the resources needed to complete their projects. They will interact regularly with freelance crews, facilities staff, and security personnel, as well as coordinate with outside vendors and service providers (such as catering and facility management).
