Partner with leadership to align on full lifecycle delivery direction while maintaining responsibility for execution within the defined scope. Be responsible for driving operational delivery excellence, translating strategy into execution and ensuring the successful execution of projects, and providing consolidated portfolio reporting to leadership. Manage a limited number of projects while primarily focusing on team leadership, governance, and delivery performance.Lead and develop Project Managers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.Oversee the technology project portfolio, including status reporting, risk identification, issue escalation, and delivery health.Provide consolidated portfolio reporting and insights to technology and business leadership.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Directly manage a limited number of strategic or high-visibility technology projects.Coordinate cross-functional and matrixed resources, including global team members.Identify portfolio-level risks and implement mitigation strategies.Support capacity planning and resource allocation across the project portfolio.Drive continuous improvement in operational delivery practices About XPOXPO is a top ten global provider of transportation services, with a highly integrated network of people, technology and physical assets.
