Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.; Monitor entry and exit points, check credentials and/or visitor logs, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, or unsecured access points to the appropriate contact.; Support loss prevention and operational continuity by observing shipping and receiving activity, reporting policy violations, and communicating clearly with site contacts and first responders when needed.
