Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and front desk support at a commercial real estate location; Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor credentials, issue guest passes, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with property protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency responders as appropriate; Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and report unusual or suspicious activity that may require security-related follow-up; Support daily operations by documenting incidents, completing required reports, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence
