The Development & Communications Coordinator executes ReBuilding Center's communications and fundraising through clear, effective content that drives visibility, engagement, and support.
This role turns organizational priorities into outward facing communications that strengthen community awareness, deepen donor relationships, and reflect program impact across retail, education, and advocacy. Working from established strategies and cross-departmental input, this position owns day-to-day execution of campaigns and communications, ensuring work is aligned, timely, and high quality.
This is a hybrid role with regular collaboration across teams and occasional evening or weekend support tied to events and campaigns. The right candidate takes direction, applies judgment, and follows through, consistently delivering strong work in a fast moving environment.
