We're looking for an Office Assistant who will be the face of Interlaken - the first impression for every visitor, vendor, and team member who walks through the door. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is organized, personable, and genuinely curious, with a creative mind that enjoys working with data and a natural interest in people and how a company operates. You'll primarily support our Office & HR Manager while also helping other members of the admin team day to day.
No prior experience in construction is required - we're happy to train the right person. We just need someone who shows up, pays attention, and genuinely cares about doing good work. Open to full or part time!
