The Yard Loader safely loads and unloads materials from semi-trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks, supports inventory and labeling activities, and may optionally assist at weekend events to handle materials and interact with customers. This role combines hands-on material handling with basic inventory tasks in a fast-paced yard and warehouse environment.

This role operates in a yard and warehouse setting with frequent interaction with semi-trucks, commercial vehicles, and material handling equipment. The standard shift runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. You will spend most of the day operating a Crown sit-down forklift and using an electric pallet jack as needed, working around loud alarms and warning sounds from trucks and other vehicles. The work involves regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and requires adherence to safety procedures at all times. The environment is team-oriented, with opportunities to work both at the main branch and occasionally at off-site events on weekends, where you will work in small to mid-sized teams handling and sorting materials and interacting with customers.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
