Dining Room Server ~ Senior Living Community ~ Hillsboro ~ PT ~ Must be 21

Provide service of high-quality meals and facilitation of a gracious environment. This entails; accurate communication and order taking, properly relaying meal orders to back of the house staff. Offer exceptional customer service, as part of all interactions with our cherished residents.

Pay Rate: $19.00 Schedule will be for 20-hours per week. Weekends Required Must be 21 with OLCC Make a difference by providing great care and love for our treasured residents!

Position overview entails being present in dining room for full meal service, assisting special functions as scheduled, maintaining high cleanliness, hygiene, and a sanitary and infection free environment at all times, oversight of bistro areas as directed food presentation, cleanliness, stock supplies, beverages, make popcorn, etc., knowing the specials of the day and how they are prepared and presented, learning individual resident names, dietary needs, requests, likes and dislikes, serving hot food hot and cold food cold, participating in the Quality Assurance Committee, sanitizing tables and chairs, resetting tables, and vacuuming floor after each meal, and attending all trainings, orientation, and mandatory meetings.

Qualifications include demonstration of our core values: love, kindness, honesty, goodness, fairness, respect, previous experience in the dietary department of a health care facility or restaurant preferred, but not required, ability to read, write, speak and understand English, knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA.

Team members who are scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits, families of said team members will also be eligible.
