Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects. This individual will oversee complex HVAC, piping, and plumbing scopes from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Overview:

You will lead all aspects of commercial mechanical projects, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial mechanical projects
• Oversee HVAC, piping, and plumbing installations
• Lead budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout
• Collaborate with owners, GCs, engineers, and field leadership

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of mechanical construction project management experience
• Strong background in large commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
• Proven leadership and communication skills
