LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in North Portland, OR to find a dedicated Leasing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will support day-to-day leasing operations, provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, and help maintain high occupancy levels.

Location:

North Portland, OR

Duration:

Temporary contract (2–6 months)

Hours/Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:

$20–$26 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents, providing property tours and answering questions
• Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Process rental applications and assist with lease documentation
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records in property management systems
• Support move-in and move-out processes
• Collaborate with property management staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver a high level of customer service to residents and guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or property management software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Reliable and able to commit to a temporary assignment
