About the role

We're a small design studio working across branded environments, experiential campaigns, and spatial storytelling. You'll join a tight-knit team of designers, strategists, and makers who care deeply about the quality of their work and the people they make it with.

As a mid-level Experience Designer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through fabrication — translating brand strategy into physical and environmental design that people actually feel. Working closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, and cross-functional teams, you'll bring strong creative and technical abilities to a highly collaborative environment.

What you'll do

  • Lead design development on environmental, spatial, and experiential projects
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, project managers, and clients to align on design vision, requirements, and timelines
  • Create wayfinding systems, signage, and branded environment graphics
  • Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and production-ready files
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Manage your own project timelines and communicate progress clearly to the team
  • Contribute ideas in studio brainstorms and new business pitches

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience in environmental, spatial, or experiential design
  • A portfolio of completed, built projects — not just concepts
  • Strong knowledge of spatial design principles and materiality
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
  • Familiarity with fabrication methods, materials, and production specs
  • A clear communicator with clients, vendors, and teammates alike
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at varying scales
  • A genuine passion for design and a sharp eye for detail

  • A portfolio with renderings is required to be considered for this role.
