Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) representing the District and Enterprise at public meetings and with project partners.
Manage the overall conduct and direction of the Flood Plain Management Services (FPMS) Program and large-scale, complex engineering programs.
Plan and implement 1D and 2D river hydraulic studies using numerical models to determine water surface profiles and flow impacts.
Act as the District Point of Contact (POC) for technical support related to the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
Provide guidance and expertise to Federal, State, and local agencies on technical matters such as flood height interpretation.
Write and review final study reports assessing hydrological considerations for potential projects and mission programs.
