Labor & Employment Litigation Associate – Portland

Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Litigation practice in Portland.

The estimatedsalary range for this position is $205,000 – $260,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2–5 years of Labor & Employment Litigation experience
• Experience in class action and single-plaintiff litigation and administrative charge work, including position statements, mediations, discovery, depositions, motions, and arbitration/trial preparation
• Experience researching federal, state, and local employment laws
• Depending on experience, may include counseling HR professionals and business executives on employment law compliance and drafting employment agreements
• Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail required
• Strong academic credentials required
