Job Details

Under the general supervision of the Building Maintenance Staff, this position will assist with the upkeep and repair of buildings and facilities along with routine tasks, special projects and increased workload demands to ensure the properties remain safe, clean and functional. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week. Assist with general maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues.
