Overview Join AZAD as a Business Systems Analyst and support the facility's Financial Systems and Automation group within the Finance organization, with specific initial focus on support of the Finance PeopleSoft application, Finance PeopleSoft integrations with HR PeopleSoft and Asset Suite 9; Security/role, Operational support for the Financial Management System(s), and potentially, other projects/assignments of similar size and scope. This position will serve as an analyst and collaborate with the manager, team members and business stakeholders to clarify business operations, functions, requirements, provide gap analysis, document/map current and future states, identify and recommend alternative solutions, evaluate alternatives, and develop/draft and recommend resulting business and change management approaches, strategies, processes, procedures, workflows, etc. The Business Systems Analyst will analyze, facilitate, model, optimize, and organize processes and information to elicit requirements, reconcile conflicts, and marry solution ideas with business needs.This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is full-time remote with optional on-site work in Portland, Oregon.The hourly pay rate range for this position is $65.00 to $73.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:Responsibilities Collaborate with the manager, team members, and business stakeholders to clarify operations, requirements, and change management approaches; document current and future states; identify and recommend solutions; evaluate alternatives.Analyze, facilitate, model, optimize, and organize processes and information to elicit requirements and reconcile conflicts, aligning solutions with business needs.Support Finance PeopleSoft application, Finance PeopleSoft integrations with HR PeopleSoft and Asset Suite 9; manage Security/role and provide operational support for Financial Management Systems; participate in related projects as assigned.Document, map, and draft business processes, workflows, procedures, and change management strategies.Qualifications Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management (or closely related field) preferred.8 years of experience required with an applicable bachelor's degree.10 years of experience required with an applicable associate degree.12 years of experience required without a degree or applicable degree.Experience in business and systems analysis with progressively more technical responsibilities.2 years of Finance PeopleSoft experience (including using or analyzing PeopleTools, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Deal Management, Lease Administration, Asset Management, and General Ledger modules).2 years of experience with system development, testing, resolving break-fix issues, and tracking system defects.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project).Technical writing skills and ability to present information in textual, graphical, and statistical forms.Valid U.S. Driver's License/Real ID required.Preferred Energy/utility industry experience.ERP and/or Financial Systems experience (such as PeopleSoft).Knowledge of integration techniques and testing.Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMIS – Time and Labor and Payroll modules.Knowledge of business process improvement techniques as applied within the energy industry.About AZAD AZAD is looking for bright, talented, flexible, and customer-centric problem solvers who enjoy the challenges associated with solving complex problems using sophisticated technologies and strong people skills.
