Our work is guided by the voices and needs of survivors. While sexual violence can happen to anyone, we recognize that some communities, including youth, women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, immigrants, and people with disabilities, experience higher rates of violence and face multiple, intersecting barriers to safety and healing.SARC believes that healing happens in community. Survivors deserve to be met with dignity, respect, and empowerment at every step. Our programs include a 24-Hour Support & Resource Line, hospital accompaniment, housing advocacy, peer support groups and workshops, and community education and training.DescriptionHourly Pay: Starting at $21.20/hour (actual working time), plus $2.75/hr on-call shift stipendLocation: Position is primarily remote. But, must be able to respond within Washington County, Oregon hospitals within 40 minutesBenefits: This position includes sick time accrual.
