Leisure Care - - Responsibilities: Provide direct resident care including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs); Assist residents with personal care skills (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting); Make observations about residents' condition and document changes; Record and follow up on changes in residents' condition in a timely manner; Assist residents with laundry and housekeeping services as needed
