Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Lay out, position, align, and fit components together to assemble structural frames and machinery parts.; Read and interpret work specifications, work orders, blueprints, and schematics to determine welding requirements.; Set up and operate welding equipment, primarily for MIG and spray arc welding, and use flux core and metal-cored wire as needed.; Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions, with the majority of welding performed in flat positions.; Use rigging, cranes, and jib cranes safely to move and position large-scale parts and assemblies.
