Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observed conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned.; Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support an orderly shopping environment and help to deter unwanted behavior.; Assist with access control, closing procedures, and incident documentation while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
