Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Tualatin, OR Job Type: Full-Time, Contract to hire, Fully Onsite Compensation: $26-$30 an hour We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Tualatin, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2+ years experience in full cycle accounts payable. Responsibilities:

  • Processing and reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining vendor files.
  • Provide assistance with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assisting with month-end close, and accruals.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience (Required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
