Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating observations to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures, and help support property rules and after-hours access protocols in line with site expectations.; Observe and report hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, and help to deter unwanted behavior through a visible presence and professional interaction.
