Evaluation to Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed
• Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare and process payments
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Learn and work within internal accounting and financial systems
• Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Prior AP, AR, or accounting related experience preferred
• Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
• Detail oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Proficient with Excel and general computer systems
• Professional communication skills, especially when working with vendors
• Proactive mindset with a desire to grow within the role

Additional Notes
While AP and AR technical skills can be trained, this position requires someone with some relevant exposure and who can develop quickly with guidance and hands-on training. Purely entry-level candidates without relevant accounting experience will not be considered.

Monday through Friday
7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Pay Range
$23 per hour
