Asset Management Analyst/Project Manager

Duration: 6 Months Location: Tualatin, OR Work Schedule: Hybrid 2 days (Mon and Friday remote) 3 days (Tues, Wed and Thurs in office)

Team and Work Environment: 10 staff -hybrid, the team meets on site one day a week. They value differences, hold each other accountable and go above and beyond to get the work done timely. They take pride in their deliverables.

A day in the life of this role would include project management, deal monitoring, understanding of contracts language and how it translates to the deal flow, facilitating and leading project meetings to its completion. Development and creation of processes and process flow.

Interaction level with this role has minimal oversight, but high interaction with the team and other key partners. The top priority for the worker over the first few weeks/months would be understanding the systems, deal modeling, contracts and supporting with organization.

Key Responsibilities: Specialization in project management or research and analysis, planning and strategy development, research and analysis, project management, requirement and compliance, process management.

Required Skills: Written communication, data and metric interpretation, facilitation and project management.

Nice-To-Haves: Like for like systems knowledge, experienced in Asset Management, accounting.
