THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE W/ Hybrid opportunity Job Details Job Details: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Finance Systems Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our financial systems to ensure their alignment with our business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our operations and financial management. THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE, WITH HYBRID OPPORTUNITY. MUST BE IN PORTLAND MARKET Responsibilities: As a Finance Systems Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: 1. Managing and enhancing the JDE ERP business systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and align with our financial objectives. 2. Collaborating with vendors to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of our financial systems. 3. Supporting the internal and external audit functions, ensuring that our financial systems and processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations. 4. Leading global ERP implementation projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful delivery. 5. Providing expertise on the manufacturing and/or sales/order management modules of our ERP system, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving changes. 6. Designing and developing business applications and systems to support our financial operations and strategic objectives. 7. Serving as the Global Finance Business Lead, providing leadership and direction to our finance team and acting as a key point of contact for financial matters across the business. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you will need: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing industry. 3. Strong experience with JDE ERP business systems, particularly the OneWorld XE system. 4. Proven experience with global ERP implementation projects. 5. Experience with manufacturing and/or sales/order management modules. 6. Strong skills in business application design and systems development. 7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with vendors and stakeholders at all levels of the business. 8. Strong understanding of internal and external audit processes and requirements. 9. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive strategic initiatives.
