Monitoring production line health through SPC data, tool alarms, and process indicators, and taking action or escalating issues as appropriate. Focusing on identifying root causes of process deviations and partnering with engineers to implement corrective and preventive actions. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintains technical documentation, specifications, and standard operating procedures. Supporting EPI and/or Implant processes. Work independently as the first line of defense for process and engineering issues from operations. Required Skills:Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear escalation to engineers when issues exceed technician scope. Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics, materials, and wafer fabrication fundamentals.
