This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable guiding people through important information online.Your responsibilities will include:Connecting with members and families through Zoom meetingsExplaining benefit programs in a clear and professional wayHelping members complete required forms and documentationFollowing up with clients to provide ongoing service and supportKeeping accurate records of conversations and completed applicationsWorking with team members to ensure a smooth member experienceTaking part in training, coaching, and development sessionsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, people-oriented individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
