About the RoleWe support union members, credit union members, association groups, and their families across Canada by helping them understand permanent benefit programs built to protect their financial future. Our work is centered around education, service, and long-term support for working families.We're currently growing our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and building a career with room to advance.What You'll DoYou'll work directly with families through virtual appointments, helping them review available benefit programs and complete the necessary steps with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable guiding people through important information online.Your responsibilities will include:Connecting with members and families through Zoom meetingsExplaining benefit programs in a clear and professional wayHelping members complete required forms and documentationFollowing up with clients to provide ongoing service and supportKeeping accurate records of conversations and completed applicationsWorking with team members to ensure a smooth member experienceTaking part in training, coaching, and development sessionsWho We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable, people-oriented individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
