Job Details

1. Systems Management Own the strategy, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of demand planning systems. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for system related upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Collaborate with IT and global counterparts to ensure system performance and alignment with business needs. 2. Reporting and Analytics Lead the development and automation of key demand planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across reporting platforms (e.g. Databricks and Power BI). Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning) to align reporting needs. 3. Process Excellence Design and implement standardized demand planning processes and best practices. Continuously evaluate and refine planning workflows to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
