Job Duties For All Store Team Members - Operate all equipment. - Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler. - Prepare product. - Receive and process telephone orders. - Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. - Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Wage Rates All CSR positions are paid hourly at minimum wage for minimum and maximum. Southern Oregon is $14.70. Northern Oregon is $15.95 and Washington is $16.66. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are available to employees who have worked at least a year and who average at least 32 hours per week.
