Contract Details: Full-time

Salary: $20-$30 Hourly, $41,600-$62,400 Yearly

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee & Espresso Machine Technician to join our team in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee and espresso machines for commercial clients
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machines, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing problems
• Train clients on proper use and maintenance of their machines
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coffee and espresso machine technology

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a coffee and espresso machine technician
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment
