This role combines hands-on sales experience with management training, preparing you to eventually lead and grow an insurance agency or step into a senior leadership role.You'll learn how to sell insurance, manage client relationships, grow a book of business, and develop the skills needed to recruit, train, and lead a team.Career PathThis role is designed as a stepping stone into leadership.
