In this role, you'll partner with development leaders, support high-level donor engagement, and play a critical role in moving major initiatives forward. If you love multitasking, collaborating across teams, and making an impact behind the scenes—this is your opportunity.
🚀 What You'll Do *Administrative & Executive Support (70%)*
* Manage complex calendars for development officers and help coordinate high-level donor engagement activities
* Schedule and organize meetings with internal stakeholders, donors, and board members
* Partner with the Events team to support logistics for key Principal Gifts events
* Prepare, proofread, and distribute:
* Correspondence and presentations
* Donor materials and stewardship collateral
* Reports, meeting agendas, and notes
* Track follow-ups and ensure alignment across teams
* Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM systems, including activity reports and communication records
* Process expense reports and invoices using Concur and Accounts Payable systems
* Keep team members on track with deadlines, updates, and internal communications
*Program & Project Coordination (20%)*
* Draft and support preparation of leadership briefings and communications
* Generate call lists and assist with activity reporting
* Organize and maintain electronic files for the PG team
* Serve as the point of contact for team support requests, ensuring timely follow-up
* Contribute to donor engagement plans, funding proposal coordination, and stewardship activities
* Assist with special projects that support strategic philanthropic initiatives

✅ Qualifications *Required:*
* Experience supporting executive leadership
* Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or university environments
* Experience working with CRM systems and databases
* General administrative or office experience
*Preferred:*
* 2+ years in an administrative, coordinator, or support role
* Familiarity with philanthropy, fundraising, or donor relations

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.80/hr.
