Azure Tech Lead
Locations: Camas, WA. Plano, TX or Tampa, FL

Job Summary:
We're seeking an Azure Technical Lead to guide a team of cloud engineers and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our Azure cloud environment. This role is hands-on and responsible for mentoring engineers, improving cloud processes, and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient cloud operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of cloud engineers.
- Oversee Azure resource deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
- Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, and cloud reliability improvements.
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure and automate routine tasks.
- Monitor performance, optimize costs, and ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with architects to align solutions with best practices.
- Identify process improvements and adopt new Azure tools/features.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure with strong Azure expertise.
- 5+ years working with Azure IaaS/PaaS.
- 4+ years with Terraform and CI/CD automation.
- Experience with Azure security, governance, and networking.
- Scripting/automation experience + Windows/Linux skills.
- Knowledge of config management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
- Kubernetes experience is a plus.
