About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for Digital Solutions with a focus on Systems Integration. This elite, player-coach role is designed for a heavy hitter with a portable book of business and deep expertise in the SI ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-value digital solutions, particularly in the area of complex integrations. Key responsibilities include strategic revenue leadership, C-Suite advisory, AI-driven problem-solving, and end-to-end deal ownership. The role demands a veteran from the SI space who can thrive in a nimble, results-oriented environment and is capable of personally structuring complex RFP contracts.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in business development or sales leadership within systems integrators, with a strong technical background in data-centric integrators and platforms. Extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors is essential, and a background in manufacturing is a plus. The role requires an independent executor who can manage the sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, without the heavy overhead of a large support team. The candidate should be adept at translating business problems into technical integration roadmaps and be prepared to act as a peer to C-level executives in the client organization.
