Experience in technology transactions, especially in the context of AI and infosec, is essential.Applicants for the Interim Senior Contracts Counsel position at the company should have a J.D. degree and be a member in good standing of at least one state bar. A minimum of 10-20 years' experience in the field is required, with a proven track record in managing a high volume of contracts and assessing and memorializing risk. The role demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a swift, proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in both in-house and law firm settings is necessary, with a preference for those who have worked with large companies. The role is 100% remote and part-time, requiring a commitment of 20 hours per week for a duration of 6 months.
