About the Role

The Company is in search of a mid-level, highly autonomous Business Development and Investor Relations professional to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fund and deal sourcing, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining relationships with private credit funds to access co-investment opportunities. This role requires significant external engagement, including attending and actively participating in industry conferences, events, and roadshows, as well as proactively originating new relationships through various channels. The candidate should be comfortable representing the firm independently and engaging in commercial negotiations of co-investment terms and structures.In addition to fund and deal sourcing, the role involves capital raising and investor coverage. The professional will be tasked with identifying, approaching, and onboarding new investors, primarily high-net-worth individuals, and leading or supporting fundraising processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in investor relations, business development, or capital raising, with approximately 5 years of experience in private credit funds or credit fund-of-funds. Experience with smaller or emerging managers is strongly preferred, as is a demonstrated ability in roadshows, conferences, cold outreach, and direct sourcing. The position is well-suited for a commercially minded individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and can represent the firm with credibility, clarity, and professionalism.
