About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance and Administration to join its team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in financial management, technology, and business operations, particularly within a nonprofit environment. The VP will be responsible for leading all accounting and financial reporting, overseeing the annual budget process, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the role involves supervising the finance, technology, and operations teams, and providing leadership to foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth.Candidates for the VP of Finance and Administration position at the company should be energetic, collaborative, and proactive, with a proven track record in financial and operational oversight. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications.
