About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Construction Officer to take on a pivotal role in the oversight of the full lifecycle of data center development. This includes leading the project from the early pre-construction phase through to delivery, with a focus on site-level strategy, contractor and consultant management, and serving as the primary interface with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for project leadership and execution, owning budgets, schedules, and performance metrics, and ensuring the integration of construction best practices and safety plans. Additionally, the role involves pre-construction and planning activities, execution oversight, and team building, as well as maintaining client relations throughout the project lifecycle.Applicants for the Chief Construction Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years' in mission-critical or data center delivery. A background in high-growth environments, particularly with startups or innovative infrastructure firms, is highly valued. The role requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget, as well as a deep understanding of project controls, scheduling software, and cost reporting tools. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a necessary qualification. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, adept at multitasking, and capable of driving projects forward in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
