The Customer Service Representative will respond to local and national Solvita customer needs for tissue products/services in a courteous and efficient manner.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment and Physical Activities
Must be highly customer service focused, able to handle inquiries, and escalate concerns promptly as needed.
Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member.
Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
Must be a self-starter able to perform duties with minimal oversight.
Must meet minimum acceptable results on attention to detail assessments.
Heavy lifting required.
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
