About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and high-energy Vice President of Human Resources to lead its people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a national workforce of 900 employees, with a primary focus on driving and optimizing US-based initiatives. This role demands a hands-on approach to US recruitment, payroll, and benefits, as well as a deep understanding of domestic compliance and risk management. The VP of HR will be the key architect for domestic compliance, payroll, benefits, and recruitment, ensuring that the US foundation is scalable and supportive of growth in the managed services and technology sectors.Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Human Resources include directing the recruitment strategy for the US workforce, particularly for technical field staff and corporate leadership positions, and designing competitive benefits programs. The role also involves maintaining strict oversight of US labor laws and specific payroll compliance regulations across 49 states, as well as ensuring compliance with mergers and acquisitions from a people and organizational perspective. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 years' of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior-level role, and a background in managed services, field service, or technology deployment. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, working for a PE-backed firm, and with a global organization is a plus.
