Customer Service Specialist

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist (Payment Processing) Employment Type: Temp to Hire (6+ months then permanent) Compensation: $21 23/hr. USD Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Location: Tigard, OR (fully onsite)

LHH has partnered with a company based in Tigard, OR, that is looking for an experienced customer service professional. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely on wire transfers involving companies and customers.
  • Review account ledgers and investigate items requiring additional research.
  • Provide internal customer service and act as a liaison between banks and clients.
  • Offer accounting support to various departments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, office administration or bank teller experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and terminology.
  • Experience working in a high volume, highly detailed environment.
  • Proficiency in sending professional emails.
