About the Role

The Company is in search of dedicated volunteers to join its Board of Directors, with a focus on individuals who are passionate about the organization's mission and possess a collaborative spirit. The Board plays a crucial role in the governance and strategic direction of the organization, which is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities through integrated social, behavioral, and community programs. Directors are expected to bring a diverse set of skills and experiences to the table, including but not limited to business, financial management, strategic planning, human resources, fundraising, marketing, legal, technology, and healthcare.The ideal Board member for the company will have a background in one or more of the relevant areas and a strong commitment to the well-being of the community. The Board meets regularly, both in person and virtually, and members are encouraged to actively participate in committees. While there is no minimum contribution amount, Board members are expected to make an annual financial contribution that is meaningful to them.
