Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Sterile Processing Technician Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel NOW HIRING: Travel Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) Acute Care Hospital | 418 Beds Block Schedule | Friday–Tuesday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM We are seeking an experienced Sterile Processing Technician for a high-volume surgical services department supporting multiple specialty lines and robotic procedures. ✅ Requirements: • Minimum 1 year Sterile Processing experience • Previous travel experience REQUIRED • Active CRCST/HSPA or CBSPD certification • Epic experience REQUIRED • Must have own vehicle Strong Preference For: • Robotics experience • SPM (Sterile Processing Microsystem) • Trauma Level I experience • Loaner trays & implants • Da Vinci robotic systems Required Skills: • Decontamination • Tray assembly • Steam sterilization • Sterrad/Steris monitoring • Biological & chemical indicators • Immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS) • Endoscopy • Case carts • High-Level Disinfection (HLD) • Fiber optics • Manual cleaning • Ultrasonic cleaning • Instrument inspection & organization Specialty Experience: • Orthopedics / Total Joints • ENT • General Surgery • OB/GYN • Plastics • Urology • Vascular • Ophthalmology • Dental • Transplant Preferred Robotics Experience: • Da Vinci Si • Da Vinci SP • Da Vinci Xi Important Details: • 40-hour orientation (non-billable) • Must work 3 of 5 major holidays • No call required • No local restrictions within 50 miles at lower rate • Floating to nearby affiliated facilities may occur Strong SPD travelers with robotics and trauma experience are moving quickly — apply today! 503656 About Healthcare Support Healthcare Support excels at providing a streamlined and red-carpet experience for our travelers.
