Title: Salesforce ERP Implementation Project Manager (Contract) Location: Downtown Portland, OR (Onsite Full-Time - No Exceptions) Pay: $43–55/hr DOE CV Resources is partnering with a client seeking a Salesforce ERP Implementation Project Manager to act as the critical liaison between the Senior Salesforce Administrator and internal business teams. This role is highly cross-functional and focused on driving system enhancements, managing project workflows, and ensuring successful adoption across the organization. This is a business-facing, project-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in translating technical capabilities into operational impact, while keeping projects organized, documented, and moving forward. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between the Sr. Salesforce Administrator and internal stakeholders across departments Own project coordination for Salesforce-related initiatives, including ERP-related enhancements and integrations Manage ticketing workflows, prioritize requests, and ensure timely resolution and communication Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable system updates Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and user training materials to support system adoption Develop and deliver end-user training sessions and ongoing support resources Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership Partner with technical teams to support system configurations, testing, and deployment efforts Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization of workflows Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce project coordination, ERP implementations, or systems-focused project management Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation Experience working in a ticketing environment (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with both technical and non-technical teams Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification Experience supporting ERP implementations or large system rollouts (nonprofit cloud a plus) Background in process improvement, documentation, and training development Skills & Competencies Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business processes Detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and process consistency Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong follow-through PandoLogic.Keywords:Implementation Project Manager, Location:Portland,OR-97204, PL:603330188a25371ca-cde7-4fb6-ba87-2cf40b156c8b
