We are partnering with our professional services client to recruit a Proposal Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote, temporary basis for 8+ months. While this role is 100% remote, candidates must reside in Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah and will be working on a Pacific Standard Time schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating project management efforts, optimization, writing and editing for the company's RFP and proposal processes. You will work between marketing, sales and procurement teams to align proposal design and content with RFP needs, and will ensure finalized proposals are in line with brand standards and serve to drive wins for the organization. This role requires a blend of writing, design and project management skills specific to proposals, RFPs, RFQs and technical writing, so you should bring 3+ years of relevant experience specific to these areas. Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign) and Microsoft Access is required.
You will be jumping in to a high-performing team and organization with a long track record of success and respect in their niche! This is a full-time, W2 contract role with pay and benefits offered through LHH. Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $35 an hour, and benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(K) options, with accruing sick time based on your state of residence.
