PM Hotel Group - 8235 Northeast Airport Way - Responsibilities: Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as needed with minimum downtime; Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs; Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions; Ensure that chemicals and hazardous materials are used and stored properly, and that all required reporting is done accurately; Secure the building by monitoring, activating and resetting automatic security systems, repairing broken locks and maintaining keys
