Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Fabricate and weld complex plastic parts in accordance with engineered drawings, specifications, and quality standards.; Identify and weld a wide range of plastic materials, including WPP, NPP, all PVC materials, FRPP, PE, polycarbonate, CPVC, PVDF, FM4910, acetal, acrylics, PET, PEEK, UHMW, HDPE, PTFE, and PFA.; Use specialized welding equipment to perform Pure Bond, socket fusion, and butt weld operations safely and accurately.; Glue a variety of plastics, such as PVC, acrylic, and polycarbonate, following proper preparation and curing procedures.; Read and interpret engineered drawings, bills of materials, and work orders to plan and execute fabrication tasks.
