Humana - - Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to patient under the direction of the RN and according to the Aide Plan of Care; Take accurate temperature, pulse and blood pressure measurements and recognize and report abnormal results; Assist in feeding patients and observe and record food and fluid intake; Assist with patient toileting including use of bed pan/urinal and ostomy care; Provide necessary skills to safely assist the patient with mobility, exercises, positioning/turning, transfers and ambulation
